How can I help YOU?

My name is Eve Dmochowska, and I am a web strategist and entrepreneur, working out of South Africa. You can download a .pdf info sheet about me here.

I help companies understand the potential of the web for their business success, and help align a web strategy with core business goals. I have a thorough understanding of all new media tools, and can identify those that are ideally suited to each company.

My focus is on new media strategy, advice and education. I can set up and oversee a team to implement a web strategy, in-house or outsourced, but am rarely involved in the implementation itself. That ensures the client an impartial approach to different platforms, skill sets and tools used. It also saves the client time and money, since I am able to evaluate and report on all options of implementation, and help avoid costly mistakes down the line.

I align all my recommendations and strategies to a business model, or marketing budget.

In short, I answer questions a client did not even know to ask.

Some areas with which I can help:

- Creating an initial, strong online presence for your business
- Honing and extending your existing online presence
- Finding an engaging with an online audience
- Creating a niche social network
- Applying the best mix to an e-marketing budget
- Finding or improving online business models
- Web copy writing
- Creating a comprehensive A-Z web strategy plan

I work on a once-off basis as well as a retainer, depending on the scope of the project. My fees for once-off work start at R 950 / hour ($100/hr). I also train and present to in-house teams, with an extended Q&A session. The training sessions start at R7,500.

For more information, and to see some of my projects please download my Info Sheet. My personal blog is Of Relevance, and there is more informal info about me there.

I am very eager to talk to South African start ups. If you would like to bounce some ideas off me, ask my advice or want to be put in touch with the “right people”, please contact me directly.
